Can I utilize the Virtual Office Services.Net location for my corporate mailing address?
Yes. You may select the location of your choice for your corporate mailing address.
Will I be able to have my mail forwarded?
Yes. Once your account is activated you will have the option of mail forwarding. Whether you require daily or weekly service, your mail forwarding service may be customized to meet your needs. Postage and shipping charges apply.
Can I use my current company phone number?
Yes. There are two options for retaining your current company phone number:
- Your existing company phone number may be transferred from your current carrier to the VOS carrier. This process may take up to 10 business days.
- Your current carrier may be call forwarded to the phone number you choose with VOS. This process works immediately.
Will my phone number be listed in directory assistance?
Yes. Once you have chosen a phone number with VOS, it will be listed as your company phone number in the directory.
Are local phone and fax numbers included in the program?
Yes. After completing the initial sign up online, you will be given the opportunity to pick a local phone number and fax number, which will be linked to your company.
Do you have live receptionists to answer calls?
Yes. All calls received Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm CST will be answered live by a professional receptionist, with a customized greeting specifically for your company.
Do you have rooms available for meetings or conferences?
Yes. Meeting spaces or conference rooms are available for an hourly fee.
Is there an agreement or contract?
Yes, our contracts have an initial term of 1 month and will be renewed automatically for one month without written notice 30 days prior to the expiration date of the agreement.
